SS304 stepped pneumatic conveying system for corrosion resistance
A pneumatic conveying system generally uses roots blowers, providing air up to 0.1Mpa, to convey materials through a pipeline to the destination, where the air and product are separated by a filter or other system. Usually, a rotary valve or venturi is used as a feeding device. The material in pipes takes on a suspended state according to its properties, and different air velocity may be controlled to realize the optimum conveying state.
Dilute Phase Pneumatic Conveying System (Lean Phase)

Dense phase pressure conveying generally uses compressed air at above 0.1Mpa to push materials from a hopper and high-pressure rotary valve or pressure vessel through a pipeline to the destination, where the air and product are separated by a filter or other systems. The product extrudes through the pipeline at low velocity towards the destination.
