Introducing Our Drum-Box-Container Dumpers
CableConveyors has a variety of Container Dumpers and Open-Chute Container Dumpers (also referred to as Container Tippers) that can accommodate commonly used sizes of drums, boxes, and other containers for storing and shipping bulk solid materials. These dumpers are available in mild steel with long-lasting industrial finishes, with stainless steel surfaces for material contact, or in all-stainless steel models that meet food, dairy, pharmaceutical, or industrial standards.
Furthermore, they can all be equipped with CableConveyors’ mechanical or pneumatic conveyors, rotary airlock valves, or flanged outlets in order to supply any process. CableConveyors guarantees that all products are engineered, manufactured, and supported with expertise.
SEPARATE HYDRAULIC CYLINDER
The platform-hood assembly and drum can be angled at 45, 60, or 90 degrees using a separate hydraulic cylinder. The motion is dampened to ensure smooth tipping.
