The product range of CableConveyors includes both simple conveyors and advanced plant-wide process systems, which all come equipped with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and human-machine interfaces (HMIs). These features provide numerous benefits as detailed below:
- Customize your equipment’s inputs and outputs with a variety of easy-to-use interfaces, including push buttons and touch screen HMIs. These interfaces are designed specifically for your application and provide graphic representations for efficient operation.
- Enable seamless data exchange between equipment controls and the customer’s plant-wide process control program. This allows for efficient reporting of batch weights and operational parameters to plant floor equipment. Additionally, weight deviations, alarm signals, and necessary feedback can be easily uploaded for plant optimization.
- 100% Testing of bench functionality to verify accurate monitoring and control, utilizing real inputs and outputs including simulated scale systems, various sensor types and electric motors.
- The components are efficiently configured and clearly labeled, allowing plant personnel to easily troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
